From April 23rd I will be offering regular supervision for leaders of Local Groups. We meet via Zoom.
The group meets every Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. CET from April 23rd until May 21st, 2024. The participation fee in total is 50 €.
Important: Before you register, please check that you actually have time for all dates. Also check carefully whether you really want supervision as a group leader – only if you are willed to do so it makes sense to register.
There are 5 of us in total. In the first half hour we do Honest Sharing. The leadership always changes from week to week. In the second half hour, the group leader reflects on what it was like for him/her and receives feedback from me – and also from the others, if desired. We discuss questions that arose when leading the group.
This creates a space in which you can see how others lead the group and learn together. You benefit and support each other, get new ideas and safety in your own actions.
It takes intention that you want to lead a Local Group. You do not need to have any experience leading a group to take part in supervision.
You are confident in using the beginnings of sentences and have already practiced Honest Sharing Level 1 and Level 2.
